SHOULD HUSBANDS ALWAYS DICTATE FOR THEIR WIVES
Please Roomies, let's analysis this case. My neighbour who got married to his wife about two years ago, and has given brith to a bouncing baby girl, has recently been at a tight loggerheads with his wife.
This problem began as a result of the man, who once was an admirer of the wife's makeup, suddenly changed his view about the wife's application of make-up. Recently, he had warned his wife severally to stop applying make-ups, fixing of wigs, and fixing of nails, even though the wife does not fancy wearing heavy make-ups. This sudden change in the man's patronage for his wife's make over has, in the past months, been causing some problems between the man and his wife.
In fact, just last month, the problem lingered to the extent that their two families were invited to settle the case. This event rather increased the already existing problem as the family to the woman insisted that their daughter should continue with her make-ups since she did not start doing so after her marriage that she has been doing that even before the man met her. The family of the man, in the other hand, said that the woman should obey whatever the husband, their son, says she should do. With this heated argument between the two families, there was no verdict/concensus reached at the end of the meeting.
The problem has continued till now; beating, using foul words on each other, and fighting.
Now, brethren, what do you have to say about this? Is it right for husbands to always dictate for the wives about how to live their private lives?
To what extent do men have to go in controlling their wives?
